Headlines[Replay] Agrivoltaism: between incentive and regulation - Perspectives on a law under construction

From an energy transition perspective, the practice of agrivoltaism should increase in the near future. The recent adoption of the law relating to the acceleration of the production of renewable energies calls into question public policies and the legal framework aimed at regulating and encouraging the deployment of agrivoltaism.
This event, organized on April 7, 2023 in the form of a round table, brought together a panel of experts, including lawyers, geographers, representatives of actors in the agricultural sector, central administrations and local authorities.
In an interdisciplinary approach, the event aims for dialogue between stakeholders on the effectiveness and limits of regulation, as well as on the economic or social levers that could promote the development of agrivoltaism. Taking into account territories (planning approach, interventions by local authorities), and experiences of foreign rights (German law) enrich these reflections.
